Pastor Allison is passionate about pursuing the heart of God and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout his community and the world. A Los Angeles native, Pastor Allison was raised in the church but did not acknowledge the call on his life to preach and minister the gospel until 2009. As he began preaching the Word of God, his heart broke for the lost and hopeless, and the Lord called him to lay down his life to shepherd God’s people and bring the love of Christ to those in need. In answer to that call, Pastor Allison, with the loving support of his wife, First Lady Tasha Allison, established Agape Christian Worship Center on December 10, 2013.

We know trying something new can sometimes be intimidating, but don't worry! Though many of our members come to church by themselves each week, you can sign up to have your local missionaries accompany you if you'd like.

We believe in following the example of Jesus Christ. This includes feeding the hungry, helping the needy, clothing the naked, and serving in our communities all around the world. Come join us!

Yes. Your local congregation has something for individuals of all ages.

Yes. Many of our members come to church by themselves each week. But if you'd like someone to attend with you the first time, you can sign up here!

There's no requirement to participate. On your first Sunday, you can sit back and just enjoy the service. If you want to participate by taking the sacrament or responding to questions, you're welcome to. Do whatever feels comfortable to you.

You can always count on one main meeting where we take the sacrament to remember the Savior, followed by classes separated by age groups or general interests.

Please wear whatever attire you feel comfortable wearing. In general, attendees wear "Sunday best," which could include button-down shirts, ties, slacks, skirts, and dresses.

Attending church each Sunday is a respite from fast-paced daily living. Attend church at 12860 Amethyst Road to reflect, worship God, strengthen your spiritual connections, and focus on Jesus. Worship with a community of people who are trying to be more Christlike and learn from each other. There are two meetings in a two hour time. The main meeting is called sacrament meeting. This meeting consists of songs, prayers, and sermons (or “talks”) given by different members of the congregation and take the sacrament (or Communion). In addition to sacrament meeting, there are a variety of other classes for both children and adults. There’s something for everyone from 18 months old and up! Each meet together for a lesson and discussion that are based on a different section of scripture each week.
