They have the opportunity to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (GI), No-Gi/Wrestling and MMA. We start teaching MMA at just 5 years old in order to give our young students a head start with proper punching, kicking, combinations and foot work. This program is designed to not only get them ahead with they’re martial arts training, but with their behavior as well. We have an entire behavior program designed to reward for good behavior in and outside of the gym to help parents with discipline and structure.

This program will help them with the fundamentals they will need in Jiu Jitsu and MMA. No matter what level you enter, each student will be given the opportunity to exceed their fitness and martial arts goals. They will learn and attain skills through repetition in both Jiu Jitsu and MMA. We closely follow a structured curriculum that is set up for their success of all students, regardless of experience! Coaches ensure to make classes fun and unique, therefore our students are always be challenged and pushed to the best of their ability. These students can learn full on MMA, we do have a sparring session for students twice weekly which is optional for students to attend.
