Today I took my nephew to get a couple fish and when we decided on what fish he wanted I asked for help but the reddish hair girl and a blonde girl that worked there thought gossiping was more important. We waited for them to stop talking before they came over and rudely started questioning me on if I have a fish tank or not. In my opinion it is my money so it is absolutely none of there business and I felt as if They were trying to insult my intelligence. I’ve been going to this Petco for 3 years and now I will never come to this location again.


I buy Core brand dog food and good lovin braided treats but they are not always in stock at this location which is a great inconvenience. Additionally, the store does not have any shopping carts which makes it difficult to carry more than one dog food bag at a time let alone anything else I need to purchase. One of the cashier is also very little help and appears to have no desire to be at work and this is her attitude every time I go in.


Worst Grooming Place Ever! Carly is the worst groomer so very unprofessional and needs more training.She leaves long pieces of hair on my dogs along with bald spots. She also trim my dogs nails straight down to the wick making them bleed. She doesn't trim one of my dogs ram horn thumb nails at all! Carly doesn't pay attention to the package deals either! She skips steps like the spritz, bandanna/hair bows, paw/under coat trim, ear/teeth cleaning, pawbalm, and nail paint.Horrible listening skills also! Jessica is the only professional groomer there. I have pulled all four of my dogs out of this Petco and now I only go to Hesperias Petco where each of my dogs gets treated like kings and queens with the pampering that they deserve.
