A Soul Session incorporates hands-on healing, aromatherapy, reiki, pranic healing and stone medicine. These sessions are truly wonderful for everyone and are especially recommended to those who are dealing with stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and/or panic attacks. It’s also a good way to find ground before, during or after large transitions and monumental occasions in your life such as break ups, moving, leaving a job, graduating, finishing large projects, starting a business, birthdays, getting married, travel, health procedures and the like.
