Front desk staff named Bree (not sure of spelling) was very friendly and technician Silvia Landeros was outstanding. My husband had purchased hearing aids less than a year ago from another vendor. He recently lost them and decided he should check elsewhere. When Silvia heard about the situation she went out of her way to assist him. The type of customer service she provided is rarely seen these days. She obviously enjoys her work and Miracle Ear is blessed to have someone like her working for them. Their location is on Telephone just West of Petit. They are tucked away in the first spot of the shopping center. We will definitely be recommending this location in particular to our friends and family.
