Rafael’s Catering was founded by Rafael and Ester Santos in 1982.

After serving 21 years in the US Navy, specializing in mess hall management and culinary duty, Rafael decided to start his own catering business with his wife Ester.


We provide buffet style packages with 7 items for 50-75 guests and 11 item packages for 100 guests or more.
