I am absolutely happy with this Medical Supply Store! I am a new grad physical therapist and need to get myself started with buying supplies for a new a home health job that I am starting. Once I opened their doors, I was greeted with the happiest and most welcoming folks. I was immediately shown to the section of the store that contained the supplies I needed. I had wonderful conversation! Tara (the office manager) was exceptional! As a physical therapist, I am very happy to see that this place offers discounted rates and takes insurances to provide DME! I will definitely be referring my patients to this location.

First of all, we were greeted by the owner, Tara as soon as we walked inside her store. She was so nice and very accommodating. She had what we needed at a very reasonable price compared to other stores. I highly recommend her shop for all your medical supplies.

Their prices are affordable, the store is organized, and plenty of parking space. I was able to find what I was looking for and my overall experience was fantastic. Omg prefacing this by saying it is ran by the SWEETEST woman ever. I came on a whim because I needed a couple few more things for my personal med kit and i got samples, which definitely contribute to my med kit, which is a win win. She has everything you need and if not, she will get it for you. Forgot I needed a pulse ox so I'm definitely coming back soon.

My dads walker broke and he needed a new one. I did a search on Google when I came across this place. It only had a few reviews but they were all positive. Reading that they were nice and helpful is what made me want to check this place out. They did not disappoint. At this time you can't go in to the store but they made accommodations for my dad to check a couple of them out. Silas was super friendly and helpful when it came to helping my dad. The owner Tara also helped out and was super friendly as well. I'm all about giving great props to small businesses. The whole time they were attentive and listened to what my dad was looking for. It was refreshing to deal with people who were this friendly and awesome. I highly recommend going here and checking it out. My dad was extremely happy with his experience and purchase. Keep up the great work.

The staff here is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. When I needed to extend my equipment rental period, the staff showed concern and empathy for me.


I wish there were 5 more stars to give CFS Torrance! We were in crisis, in immediate need of a wheelchair. At nearby medial supply stores the prices for a wheelchair were sky-high (for rental as well as purchase); and purchasing a wheelchairs online meant waiting a week if not months for delivery. We were frantic. Torrance was a long way to drive, but we gave CFS a call and thank heavens we did. Wheelchair to purchase or rent at a reasonable cost, check! Delivery today or tomorrow so we don't have to make the trip? Of course! Quick and easy online payment? No problem at all. The BEST customer service ever. Knowledgable, compassionate and willing to work with us through, well, any crisis. That wheelchair was delivered exactly where we needed it and when we needed it, no worry or complications. Thank you CFS and most especially Tara. You made a difficult time so much easier for us. You are the best!
