As we all look different, every body is different as well. The class is mainly designed for your body and to focus on what the body needs.

Private Pilates class is taught by Romana's Pilates Certified Instructor, and uses various apparatus in a 50-min class.

This class is not for beginner level, it is recommended for intermediate level who can control their own body and familiar with the system flow. A 50-min Duet class could be proceeded with a partner in a similar level.
