The same two principals have guided Horizon for 37 years. Horizon’s only office is in the Del Amo Crossing business center, 21515 Hawthorne Boulevard Suite 700, Torrance, California. Horizon has had its office in this business complex since 1985. Our area of service ranges from Santa Monica to the north, inland to West Hollywood and downtown LA, the South Bay, and southeast to Long Beach.
