Alexia &Franz are amazing at what they do!!!! I’ve been her multiple times and all of my appliance purchases are still working well and have lasted. I’ve experienced superb customer service. They answered my questions and spent with me as I navigated the details and decision making process. The sales team were very patient and kind. The prices are good compared to big box stores, although their inventory can be limited(in these cases check the website or ask if there is a supply of Product at another store. Most times they can have inventory sent over to the purchasing store). Will return again when my needs allow. Thanks.

Experience was nice. Syd greeted us at the door and asked what we were looking for. He showed us to the area and said he will be upfront if we have any questions or need anything. It was refreshing having space to freely browse without the feeling of pressure from a sales associate. He also was able to answer all of our questions. By far our favourite place to get great value new appliances. If you don't mind a scratch or dent, this is the place to go. They knock off as much as 70% on retail value, depending on the cosmetic damage. Everything is sold in perfectly working condition. Whave been to a few American freight and every time they deliver on customer service. We were helped by Franz and Syed, both extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Syed talked to us for quite some time to establish what was the best option for our properties and needs, he went above and beyond, kind and helpful.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I bought a refrigerator that work fine for 1 day, that's it. not recommending to buy in this place since they not resolve the issues with defective units.
