4worldlovers: I recently had a great experience at Pro Computer in a situation that could have been quite costly for me. My external hard drive crapped out on me and I took it to Jay to see if he could save the data. He was very personable and professional in explaining the whole process to me. Unfortunately, he could not save the data in the Level 1 stage and laid out for me what Level 2 and Level 3 data retrieval would do and how much it could potentially cost. He assured me that he would do his best to keep the cost down since data retrieval could get quite pricey. In the end, it didn't need to get to Level 3. He was able to retrieve the data at Level 2 AND at a very reasonable price, which I was very happy about. I like that I was able to support a small, local business with Pro Computer and Jay will be my go-to for any computer issues that I might have in the future. Thank you Jay!
