I absolutely LOVE The DropOut Cyclery!!! … because Jonathan (the owner) makes you (and your bike ) feel like a valuable VIP customer!! He’s very professional and knowledgeable, yet gives you that neighbor next door (the one you like) vibe. I was looking to buy my FIRST eBike; however, I didn’t want to get it from a big franchise store; because I wanted more personal service. I called around and when I got to The DropOut, Jonathan remembered our call right away. He allowed me to test drive the Aventon without any pressure or a sales pitch and answered ALL of my questions without being annoyed! I purchased my eBike that day! Unfortunately, I took a dive on my eBike 2 days later. I took it back to The DropOut for minor repairs and adjustments, but Jonathan was more concerned about me than the bike! … then he fixed it better than new. 5-stars for someone who speaks CAMPAGNOLO! I used to live in Torrance and worked in a few bike stores there (no longer in biz) but during a recent visit asked around about a decent shop. Word-of-mouth got me to The Dropout where I met JP. Now when someone from the old hometown asks about a real, service-oriented bike shop I have a place to send them! BRAVO JP!
