We were fortunate enough to have Pierre cater our 30th Anniversary Open House April 2017 and everyone raved about the food and decor. What makes a party is the food and all else is secondary. We were lucky to have the creative and charismatic chef in our backyard. He is a treasure in Westlake Village. We respected his suggestions and he was open to our ideas while managing our expectations. The presentation and the taste of the food was on point and really brought that upscale feel to our event with his stationary and to serve Hors D'oeuvres. The servers and bartender kept the guests happy with their peaceful and attentive demeanor while Jason and Pierre worked their magical balance of service.

This review is WAY overdue but better late then never! I hired Pierre to cater my Halloween party last year. It was a celebration for our recent nuptials so we wanted to go all out. Pierre and his team were awesome! He's professional and funny and I loved working with him. Everything was perfect. So. much. food! We had a few different stations inside and then passed hors d'oeuvres. Delicious!! Pierre even dressed up since it was a costume party. I would definitely recommend Pierre for your next party!!

My Bride and I were months in the planning for the perfect wedding and reception. We discovered Pierre at the Camarillo wedding show and knew we had to sign him. While every other caterer was putting on over the top demonstrations of the same old buffet fare, Pierre took the time to get to know us and explain how his full service catering.

With Pierre you get an individual personalized package. He owns all his own tables, chairs, china, linens, decorations, everything that is normally and upcharge with other caterers. Every place setting is personalized to the character of the couple. He has a vast array of china, flatware, napkins and linins. He takes the time to walk you through the warehouse and design the perfect event theme.

His menu is unmatched in the industry, nothing is ordinary about his creations. If you love good food the price of the tasting in his industrial kitchen is worth it alone.
