Every Body Pilates offers a wide range of classes ideally suited for all levels of experience. This includes pre and post-natal fitness, back clinics and programs tailored to the elite athlete.

Get to know us. Whether you are taking your first Pilates class or looking for a new studio to call home, our Intro class is an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the space and instructors. Your Intro class is complimentary with same day purchase of 10 or more sessions.

Master the essentials. This series focuses on learning the basic principals of Pilates. An instructor will guide you through establishing building blocks and increasing your mind body awareness advancing you to your next set of fitness goals. These classes are required for those new to Pilates prior to joining group classes.

One-on-one attention. Whether you are recovering from an injury or are looking for sport-specific training, private classes provide a personalized routine developed to meet your individual needs. Also ideal for those with special considerations such as body imbalances.

The best of both worlds. Enjoy the personalization of a private class with the companionship of your best friend or significant other.
