Laya Benson: I wouldn't have written this review unless I really thought it's worth it, I have been shipping for decades now and have had horrible experiences with 3 different shipping centers now. I now have been shipping through the UPS store for a couple of years now when by chance I'd assumed that things had changed because of the new employees, which was true, but also under new ownership that can't do anything about the older reviews unfortunately. Please trust me when I say that the young gentleman that bought this store is worth giving him a try, I take my name very seriously and put it upfront and center because people who know me know that I rarely write reviews or ratings unless they've earned not just my business, but my trust. First try make sure it's with the owner, he's the only one thus far that I can stand by.Laya Benson
David Kiemle: I purchased an Auction of several small items, it was local to this UPS store. I emailed to ask if they could pickup, pack and ship my items. The Store owner, Ami was extremely helpful and offered to take the project on. He managed all the aspects of contacting the auction house to arrange scheduled pickup and he called to ask me exactly how I wanted the items to be pack and shipped. I would highly recommend this UPS store for the awesome handling of this project. His prices were fair, and service was extremely quick. Thank you!! I will be using his services again.

Today I went and was helped by Amber it was a few minutes before closing. She was friendly and took the time to answer my sending questions. As I left I realized I complete a form, that I had mailed incorrectly. I immediately called , Amber answer and took the time to wait while I corrected the issue. I was still able to get it out today. Bryce: All I've ever used this place for is to drop off packages for UPS that already where packed and labeled. Never had a problem, however if there is a line it can be slow because there usually is only ever one person working at a time.

nilo nabavian: This review is only based on my tour at Vela on Ox. I do not live at this complex and decided to not apply but Sydney was very kind to me and husband during our tour. Unfortunately, no one was physically there to help us find the units which was sort of diffficult to navigate on our own but Sydney answered all of our questions and was very kind.
Marina Myshkina: If I could give Vela on Ox and their staff 6 stars - I would! Even during these tough and difficult times of the COVID pandemic, my move was extremely easy, smooth and painless. Sabina and Lamar are the most accommodating and responsive as apartment complex management could be - simply the best handling issues quickly and addressing one鈥檚 concerns instantly. My apartment is gorgeous! The amenities are amazing, everything is kept immaculate. We get amazing food trucks throughout the week. I love our community!UPDATE: Sadly I have had to move for personal reasons, but have to thank the amazing team at Vela on Ox, especially Jessica P. for making the process a breathe and providing stellar assistance throughout my residency. Also the maintenance team is simply the best!!!!!!!!!!!
