I have taken my dog, Molly, here for the last 5 years and Dr. Bhakri has been AMAZING with the care of my dog. Dr. B has a rare combination of skills that include working both well with people and treating his patients effectively. I moved to Mountain View over a year ago but still continue to bring Molly to his clinic in Sunnyvale, because he's provided such a great service over the years. I definitely recommend Dr. B for the care of your furry loved ones!

A few months ago we had to put our Black Lab down after fifteen years. Everyone at ELC was so thoughtful and caring. You could tell that they all had pets of their own and had been through it before. The compassion and empathy they showed me and my mom was more than I could every have expected. They also followed up with a very sweet card and a poem a few weeks later which was above and beyond the job description of any vet. We continue to take our pets to ELC and that will never change. Dr. Bhakhri is the first vet I have found who really cares about each pet as an individual. I have been bringing my 3 cats to him for over a year. We previously treated one for mass cell tumors and he successfully completed his chemo treatments. He now has an upper respiratory infection and we are fighting that. The doctor has been available even during the weekend. These animals are not just numbers to Dr.Bhakhri; that it is clear. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I went to the ELC Vet Clinic for my first time when my 16 year cat had medical problems. Dr. Bhakhri was fantastic. He clearly explained everything to me and always laid out various options. In the end I had to put my cat to sleep. The Dr and his two staff people were there on the Saturday this had to be done. They were all very kind to me as I made this difficult decision and showed me respect and support. They allowed me the time I needed before and after the procedure to be with my little companion until I was ready. At all times they focused on my and my pet. I can't say enough on how great they all were.

Dr B and his staff impress me every time I visit. They are professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. Whether its for routine follow-ups or emergency treatment, they have always demonstrated an aptitude that I have not seen at other clinics. The costs are very reasonable.

They take care of of our animals. Not exactly cheap but not as bad as some other local places. Doctor is nice and the staff are great also. Our dog had to lose one of his legs due to cancer and he is still roaming around a year later. Not a very new looking place but I am pretty sure the dogs dont care how it looks. Worth checking into if in need of a vet. I like how they have a dog and cat side. Makes it less eventful.

I really like this place because they don't try to sell you tons of stuff that you don't want or need. The doctor is extremely nice and explains things clearly. I would definitely recommend this place.
