Very quick turnaround and great results! Everything about the transaction was pleasant and easy. Highly recommend! Called Friday at noon to see how quickly I could have the knives submitted/returned. Jennifer said they would guarantee by next day, but likely same day. I dropped off 5 of my mom's knives at 1pm and had them back by 3pm the same day! Wow! Let me just say that William blew me away with his sharpening skills! This guy has over 9 years of experience in sharpening which I believe is considered an art form. You will too once you take a look at his edge work. Seriously stunning. I brought two knives to him and after receiving them back (which only took 45 minutes) I immediately messaged him asking if I could bring the rest of my knife collection to get sharpened. That’s how good his sharpening is! I have custom knives from makers whose sharpening is nowhere near this impressive. I would trust this guy 100% with high end expensive custom knives to get resharpened. Very polite and a pleasure to do business with.

Pricing varies depending on the steel and design of the knife. Knives can me made in a double-bevel or single-bevel design. Repairs are for blades that are severely chipped, bent, or rusted; we will do our best to inform you of any knives that require this when you drop them off. For some blades, we may only be able to identify the necessary repairs while working on them.

Sharpening does not include cosmetic refinishing. Polishing may be required for rusted knives or extremely scratched knives upon inspection. However, we do not accept requests for particular types of cosmetic patterns or finishes. Prices are estimates for most cases. Final prices may be more or less than initial estimates.

We usually sharpen knives to a different angle than the factory to maximize sharpness and edge strength. Factory edges are often thicker than necessary and do not deliver the maximum sharpness.
