Students who are attending in person classes will need to follow all safety protocols at TMA. Please review all health posts and pass by our Temperature Monitor and Hand Sanitizer Stations at the entrance prior to training at the Academy.

Bring a bottle of water and wear a properly fitted mask during in person class.

Be Prepared Martial Arts Classes are typically loud with lots of positive energy.

Instructors are very nice and please ask them a lot of questions when appropriate at the end of class.

My experience as an instructor over the last 2 decades has been in martial arts and human body dynamics. At a young age I obtained 2nd Degree Black Belt in Hwa Rang Do, and was twice a world champion grappler.

My experience involves most facets of martial arts including striking, joint manipulation, throws, sparring, grappling, weapon fighting, but what intrigues me most is developing students to their highest potential. As we live each day, it is important for us to think about how can better ourselves with the time we have. As I teach, my goal is to help students find their truth; help them obtain self-awareness and build from a place of honesty. In battle, there are only 2 outcomes, win or die, and a warrior unprepared for battle will surely meet their fate.

Aside from being a martial artist, I teach classes in conditioning, coordination, muscle endurance, and overall health/wellness. I am available for specialty training which can include women's self-defense, bully prevention, tournament preparation, sparring coaching, and full-contact professional training.

Instructor Day is amazing! He is training my 4.5 year old son, who has a terrible time focusing and more energy than he knows what to do with. Instructor Day is super patient and makes class fun. Highly recommend!
