It's always a pleasant experience with Rina Valia. Rina is very thorough and listens and understands issues I experience with my hearing aids. She also takes the time to ask how I'm doing. The reception office is very nice as well as her receptionists. Rina has had different receptionists since I started going to her office and they have all been friendly and welcoming.

We met Rina and she was very attentive and practical in assessing my father's condition and recommending next steps. We really appreciate her patience and expertise. Don't normally leave reviews but for Shaun and Rachel I knew I had to. Very warm and welcoming people and I definitely left satisfied with my purchase. Being able to see my mother to hear again after so many years is truly one of the best feelings. God bless.
