After over a decade behind the chair, it was time for me to open my own studio. Owning my own salon has brought so much joy and inspiration into my life on a daily basis.


After experiencing my own hardship and growth through trial and error, I have found a passion in helping other beauty professionals with their businesses. I've recently launched The Academy at Studio BABE to aid others in growing their businesses and skills behind the chair.

Welcome! I'm Shardé and I'm ready to make you look and feel your best. As your hairdresser, I am here to give you the confidence to shine from within. I specialize in low maintenance hair colors and Luxury Extensions. I love to create soft, tailored cuts to accent your features in the best way.

I grew up in Texas with an artistic entrepreneurial spirit. During high school, I set up shop and started doing updos for Prom. Not long after, I started teaching friends how to style their hair, and began cutting. After college, I started at the Aveda Institute of Cosmetology and the rest fell into place. Even after over a decade in the industry, I am still obsessed with expanding my knowledge, and honing my craft.

In 2020, Sharde founded Studio BABE out of a desire to create a space where guests can feel calm, relaxed, and enjoy their luxury services in a private environment.

Our studio is located in the heart of Downtown Sunnyvale, inside Salon Republic. This space allows you to have close access to abundant parking, Target, Whole Foods, and plenty of restaurants!

We are an exclusive provider of services using all Bioprogramming Beauty Devices and Albage lightener-the only "bleach" alternative proven to make your hair healthier with every use. These tools heal your hair and have been a game changer in the salon. Developed by a quantum physicists, these hot tools draw moisture from your body and infuse them into your hair. It is truly a treat to have these used on your hair and experience the difference.

Christina is our full time associate, and is currently taking clients for Brazilian Blowouts (on weekends!). In her free time, she loves to crochet and spend time with her family and friends. She is also working on taking models! If you'd be interested in being a model for Christina, send us a text!

Our staff is committed to taking great care of you from the moment you step into the building, to when you leave the salon.

Masks are now optional, though we are willing to wear one for any client who would prefer it that way. Just ask!
