You get hall by 4:30PM and it won't be ready. Staff will start cleaning from5PM onwards.

Snack time: 11:30 to 1PM ( After 1 pm, we keep one apetizers only and every thing else gets removed) Main course: 1PM to 2:30PM

Snack time: 6:30 to 8PM Main course: 8 to 10PM ( Note: Apertizers gets removed at 8PM and keep dinner. ) After 10PM, we keep one veg apetizers, rice, one ckn curry and sweet). If customer wants all items, additional 1000$ needs to be paid

You can reserve the hall by keeping min of 30% or $600 min for deposit. No cancellation. The only time this money get deducted is: 1. More ppl showed up at the event 2. Damages 3. More dirty floor We return deposit next day of event finished

If more than 200 ppl, you need to keep 30% as security deposit

Customer needs to reserve 1 server for every 50 ppl in the hall.

In case of any damage to flat panel or dance floor. They charge replacement cost
