Both my dogs went into get groomed and came out looking horrible. The assistant manager mike has no leadership and no customer service skills.

I recently booked an appointment for my dog (Jun 11, 2022) which started since 10 am and lasted almost six hours. I have never had a grooming service exceed 4 hours. I gave them a call to which I was informed that they needed a little bit more time as they were behind. I totally understood and accepted, and was waiting for a call from. I never received a call after an hour. I had to call their number three times before they answered and their only response was we call with a blocked number and you might not have answered our call. I have never had a problem in the past when they call me and all of a sudden now I won't receive their calls. This is not the first time I have a poor experience, last time they left my dog all by herself in the dark. And all the manager had to say was that they were making round to check on her, but all the lights were off and no one was in site. I literally could have gone inside to the back were they have the kennels and tooken my dog without them noticing.

We love bringing our 6 month old puppy to Petco to be groomed. They are so knowledgeable, careful and kind. We love hearing about his day and getting helpful advice to keep our puppy looking and feeling his best.

We were so pleased with the grooming of our two dogs! Their hair was cut as we asked and our boys seem so much happier after they’ve been groomed! This is our second grooming visit to this Petco and we’ve been very happy with the services our dogs have received.

One of my pups came home with 3 nicks, one was pretty large underneath her tail. It was about a quarter size and 2 days later it became really red and inflamed and she was in obvious pain. She didn’t want to walk. I tried putting Neosporin on it and she jumped so fast she startled me. I went back to Petco and the Manager knew who my dog was felt bad about it. She gave me a cone and antimicrobial gel. But, I need to take her to the vet now. I paid for extra services, was very expensive, and she came home with issues.

I went in to get my Minni American shepherd grooomed and asked for a wash and cut. When I picked her up I noticed her face grace was not well framed and her back legs were are butchered. For what I paid for I think it was a terrible job.
