The Stockton Sailing Club knows that a safe and pleasant environment for you, your family and vessel is important to you. We offer a locked, key-accessed, gated sailboat harbor that features highly efficient in-house security. We have an active membership that promotes and assists one another in becoming proficient in the art of sailing and boat handling skills. The Stockton Sailing Club “where the fun begins” offers many year-round social and sailing activities.

You’ll enjoy easy access to the deep water channel and beautiful, groomed grounds.

We are conveniently located to haul out facilities, brokers, chandlery, and sail loft representatives, a wide variety of restaurants, as well as easy access to I-5 and 99 freeways. The University of the Pacific, and Delta College are nearby.

Best of all, Stockton Sailing Club is centrally located, within easy travel distance from the Bay Area, Lake Tahoe, Sacramento and Fresno.

Take part in our family oriented events such as racing regattas throughout the year, one-design and PHRF racing, Wednesday night beer can racing, cruising the San Joaquin Delta as well as deep water coastal events.

We support a terrific junior sailing program, educational seminars for novices, intermediate, and advanced sailors of all ages. Special racing events are also available for the ladies of the club.

Kick back at one of our comfortable, informal, events that are held throughout the year. A busy social calendar includes: Friday night mixers at the clubhouse, dock parties, special fun events, deep water cruising with buddies and the renowned Christmas lighted boat parade. Just as enjoyable and ample are the great sunsets, and quiet views.

Professional, well trained staff are available to help you through every aspect of your boating experience. You will find Stockton Sailing Club members are eager to assist, friendly, as well as knowledgeable, and anxious to share that knowledge with friends old and new.

Our mission is two-fold; first to promote enjoyment and camaraderie among members and second, to provide instruction, training and participation in the science of oarsmanship, the art of rowing and the promotion of their personal fitness goals for both youth and adults.

Plus a fleet of classic and dynamic ergs, (rowing machines) for member use. JOIN OUR GYM ON THE WATER!

Small or large all donations are appreciated. Your dollars make a difference for many of our Junior Rowers in helping defer costs. Donated dollars go to repairs and maintenance of boats and sculls, travel expenses to races, chase boat gas and upkeep, and boat house improvements. We collect plastic for recycling, and have an annual fundraising dinner that anyone can contribute to or join in the fun.

4worldlovers: The Delta Yacht Club was Founded in 1941. We are a family-oriented club located on a 36-acre site on Tule Island, on the San Joaquin River between Mandeville Tip and Lost Isle in the California Delta. On a typical summer weekend, lots of members and guests are on the island.


The Club has four organized parties each year. During these parties, club members volunteer to put on feasts you will NEVER forget! On other weekends, it is the custom to gather in the Clubhouse for dinner. Each family prepares their own dinner using the Club’s extensive facilities and sharing good fellowship with other members.

Members use the Club year-round. In addition to the extensive summertime activities available, many winter weekends find members enjoying the Club around a cozy fire.
