My style is collaborative and my presence is curious about you and your life experience – without judgment. My clients experience me as ‘down to earth’ and at times, I draw on my sense of humor – as appropriate – while I work to help you feel at ease and learn to trust the therapeutic process. You will develop greater competence and confidence in many areas of your life.

I believe you can’t change what you’re not aware of. I will help you to develop greater awareness and insight into the areas of your life that either aren’t working for you, or that are working but you would like to enhance. Therapy doesn’t have to be just about the ‘hard stuff’. Many of my clients share that the work we’re doing is having positive effects in many other areas of their life that they didn’t expect.
