The 42 Day Hardbody Program is designed for individuals who are currently active and want to take their fitness to the next level. The Program is 42 Days long in which the goal is to lose 5% body fat within that time frame.


Elite training is a personalized, small group( up to 8 people) training that is provided by a Camp trainer.
