Cecelia and Chris Brown established their ranch in 1983 to train and show cutting horses for their owners and non-pro riders. Over the years, many champion riders and horses have come out of their training programs.With the passing of Chris in late 2022, Cecelia became the sole owner and manger of the ranch. Her mission is to continue to provide boarding and training services to horse owners and the cutting horse community in particular.


Cecelia's background is in Finance and management. She started out in banking with Golden West Financial in 1973 and after 7 years in corporate management there, she became a financial advisor for Pain Weber and RBC for a total of 22 years. In 2009, Cecelia became President and CEO of her 67 year old family business, Kresky Signs in Petaluma.Cecelia has served on for-profit and non-profit boards of directors and was voted one of the in the North Bay.


Allie Hartman has loved and ridden horses most of her life and is now the resident Horse Trainer at the ranch. After participating in Three Day Eventing, Show Jumping, and Dressage for several years. Allie discovered the joy of cutting horses and was determined to make training and showing them her life's work. Chris became her mentor and coach and Ali soon became the Assistant Trainer at the ranch.


Allie is adept at starting colts and introducing horses to cattle and cow work, as well as starting, schooling and training cutting horses. She provides a myriad of riding lessions to riders of all ages and trains cutting horse riders to compete in local and open shows.


Allie attended college in New Orleans, Lousiana and at Santa Rosa Junior College.


Cassie and Stephen co-manage the barn and provide back up maintenance on the ranch. They live at the ranch thus providing 24/7 support. Cassie started riding when she was two years old. She worked at a dude string stable in Half Moon Bay in high school and in 2017, managed a dude string in Golden Gate Park. She is the Staff Development Manager at the La Petite Baleen Swim School in San Francisco.Stephen . He is also groomer at a services in Petaluma.

Pedro has been providing feeding and maintenance serivces on the ranch for over 20 years.
