I would absolutely recommend Jon (JOC Pool & Spa). Jon's been caring for our pool for 2 years now and has been great. He's always super responsive, especially if something unexpected comes up that either needs immediate attention or can be explained or corrected over the phone. Jon keeps the pool in nice shape and ready-to-use without us needing to worry about anything.


John, the owner of JOC helped me out a ton. I was having trouble balancing the water in my new spa. No one could seem to give me the right information of how to get my spa water crystal clear. I called John and he let me know that he could do exactly that all through phone calls and texts. Sure enough I am now an expert at keeping my spa clean and clear. If you are struggling with it give John a call. He will make you an expert too.


Our pool water got so dirty and had substantial ugly mustard algae after the tree cut project followed with an initial cleaning and filter replacement.


We called several pool cleaning services over the weekend, Jon was the only one promised and came on the same day, which was Sunday. We were so impressed with the level of his professionalism and ordered the new filter right after his recommendation. Once the brand-new filter installed, Joh started working on the pool water immediately. Just within two weeks, our pool turned to blinking crystal clear again. We ended up hiring Jon as our regular maintenance provider. We know John could save us a ton of time in the long run and he is just a phone call away if we have any issue.


Jon has deep knowledge of pool system and overall pool care. Jon's experience, prompt service and professionalism exceeded my expectation. I had severe pool issues. Green water, leaky pump system, and Jon took care of the issues in a couple of hours and provided me with invaluable information to educate me on the process, chemical needs and basic pool maintenance tasks. Jon is a true expert regarding all pool needs and will provide a level of service not preformed by any of his competitors.
