It was tasty, and satisfyingly potent...I had two, and actually felt a little buzz, and I'm not a lightweight!!!It was "Thursday Date Night", the only night you can get Bacon wrapped, cheese filled dates...VERY sweet n' savory, oh, and quite good.One of my reasons to visit, was to try the Blue Corn, deep fried, Chili Relleno. NOT your typical Relleno, except the cheese stuffed pepper, but was well worth the try...you should try it too!It sat in a thin red pepper type sauce that is quite potent. I loved it, but it might be too "hot" for the weak palate. CAREFUL!Overall, it was a very worthwhile visit, albeit short due to the damn parking meter!!!Some amateur diners might think that the offerings are a bit pricey, but it's actually appropriate, given the ingredients, preparation, and this lovely economy!!!Kudos to the kitchen staff, Garrick and also Aristotle, another personable front of house guy.Parking: There's plenty of nearby parking, but... Parking for the Santa Ana Art Village is, from my perspective, all paid parking.THIS is the ONLY downside of my visit to this venue.$2.50 for an hour and fifteen minutes on the parking meter!!
