lonnie craig: I can't speak of any of the negative reviews. I can only speak of the experiences I've had living in this complex for 11 years. The management has switched up several times in the many years I've lived here. Alot of the negative reviews I read are from older management, not our current management. Stephaine, Claudia and Diane are FANTASTIC! They respond quickly to any requests we need, they return phone calls on a timely manner. They treat us like friends, not just residents. Octavio and his maintenance team are great also. Always quick to assist or answer questions. The grounds are kept clean all the time. Nice large grassy areas on both sides of the complex. The yards are huge here if you get lucky enough to get one with a backyard. All and all, this is a great complex to live in and make a home. Thank you Stephanie and her entire team for all you do!

The Parking is set up weird here, but managable. Otherwise overall this place is quiet, no crazy issues. People are friendly & have good looking dogs as well :

Mohammad Didarul Alam (Rahat): I lived in Villa del Sol for One year. It was a lovely experience to live there. Office and Maintenance are very supportive and fast. The only suggestion I do have- please improve or increase parking. Highly recommend for future tenant.

flor medina: Well, I am pleased to say that I live in Villa del Sur and the manager Luis Tapia was always an excellent manager, he never saw us in harm's way, he was always helping us with everything and I apologize if one day I fail him and I apologize to the owners if we also fail, I know that Now we will go through a difficult situation but God is good and knows that you don't want to make anyone look bad. I hope you can understand me. I have three girls who love this place where they have gotten used to living and they feel sad because we know we have many economic problems that we don't have. could resolve but only God knows what will happen to our lives 💛 God bless all the owners of these properties and be the one who touches their hearts ♥️ to help the honest and hard-working people I only ask that you give us an opportunity to continue in this place

The manager Miriam is so helpful with anything you need. She has done so many amazing things and has showed us her constant dedication by starting new community events for our kids to enjoy.

Aunjenin Andino: I just moved out and if I could stay longer I would not only because of how I really liked my apartment but the Property manager Eric was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Moving in and moving out was completely free of stress. Any concerns, maintenance, deliveries, questions/ etc., ANYTHING was addressed with urgency and kindness. In the first few months of him starting new at this complex he has made it his mission to completely transform the atmosphere and environment. The complex was power washed, renovated, newly painted stair cases, asphalt renewed- all the necessary upgrades it needed. He even took time out of his days during the week to host movie nights for the families here in the complex, egg hunts, dressing up for Halloween to give out candy, game nights you name it! This man cares A LOT - you don’t see that from people anymore these days it was genuinely a refreshing experience for me. My friends and family would stop by and see his small events taking place, and they too were so pleased to see it. I couldn’t have had a better experience. He definitely deserves his flowers and praise, if any of my friends need a place to rent I will strongly recommend this complex as long as Eric is there managing it.
