We apply traditional approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Group DBT, Family Therapy, Multifamily Groups, and Parent Support Groups. Teens have dedicated hours for educational and academic support so they can stay on track with schooling. Our partial hospitalization program serves teens who live at home and attend the Evolve full-day treatment program. At the PHP level, teens receive two individual therapy sessions per week, one psychiatry session per week, and daily academic support. PHP is a full day of treatment, offered five days a week. The program can serve as a starting point for teens who need more structure than our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), or it can be a step-down option from Residential or Inpatient Hospitalization.


Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serves teens transitioning down from a higher level of care (PHP, Residential or Inpatient Hospitalization) or can be a solid entry point for teens who need more structure than their weekly psychotherapy sessions. Intensive Outpatient is appropriate for teens who live at home and attend school. At the IOP level, teens receive one individual therapy session per week, one psychiatry session per week, and daily educational support. While the frequency of treatment varies according to each individual’s needs, teens in Intensive Outpatient typically receive three hours of treatment four days a week.
