A plethora of strategy, techniques, and training philosophies gathered from our Asian, Canadian and American Judo Champions.

What is “Dynamic Judo”? Outside of the traditional techniques of Judo you can learn the following: How to breakfall over 5ft high, 7ft length. You can learn how to perform front and back flips, and kip ups. Dynamic throws for demonstration events which include, flying armbars, joint locks, chokes and multiple opponent and situational self-defense scenarios.
