4worldlovers: We’re less than five minutes from San Jose International Airport via free shuttle and ten from downtown San Jose. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and several companies including Paypal, Roku, Yahoo, and NVIDIA, are all within five miles. We offer over 56,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, five dining options, and an outdoor pool and whirlpool.

4worldlovers: Dining options were closed in the morning, parking was an extra $42 per night. The front desk agent in the morning was very short with me and felt like they were trying to hide the managers information when I requested it. When I addressed the soaked carpet from a leak in the ceiling, I was shamed by the front desk because I had already stayed in the room overnight. I didn’t feel the carpet until the morning since I had shoes on when I arrived. As soon as we walked across the carpet barefoot, it was very gross and I went and addressed the situation with the front desk.

Some front desk personnel were aloof and unresponsive. Clean and quiet room. Room phone didn't work. Difficulty adjusting room temperature. Why is restaurant not open for breakfast. Great coffee in room.

Everything was great, but was hoping for a microwave in the room and brewed coffee in the lobby. Overall, I would still stay there again. It was quiet, clean and the staff was eager to help

My husband and I lived in Downtown San Jose for a few years before we moved out of state and definitely love this property. The hotel is priced very well and we always stay here due to the central location to all the best downtown has to offer. The only downside is the cost of overnight parking as a hotel guest. The cost is almost as bad as San Francisco! If parking was cheaper, I'd give the review a 10 all around.

The decor is very mediocre. The hotel smells of smoke and is overall very stuff and warm. The elevator is downright hot.
