From the first phone call, the entire team at Oak Hill was very professional and kind. I liked that my Super Mom wouldn't be moved around to different facilities because the care center and crematorium are located on the same site. Haley, who is another funeral arranger, stepped in and assisted when my schedule was outside of Gretchen's hours, and I was surprised by her professionalism and level of caring as well. Gretchen and the staff at Oak Hill put a lot of love into their work. I would recommend this team to anyone. They are simply the best. In my time of loss, they were truly there to help support me through my grief while assisting me to plan the best service possible to celebrate the amazing and extraordinary life of my Super Mom.
