Our signature offering for all levels, this HIIT style class increases your cardio endurance and strength through 8 to 12 total body circuits. Command kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, weights, ropes and more, getting a full body workout in a creative and fun environment.

Bootcamps are intensive training sessions, run on weekdays and weekends, designed to push you harder than your normal gym sessions. They’re ideal for people who are used to training themselves and want to be pushed a little harder, through a combination of cardio & strength training.

It’s been a few months since I joined Elite Spartans and I am loving it! I have never worked out before, I even hated the idea of it. But Elite Spartans made me enjoy the burn and soreness. I have 3 personal sessions a week, but I am thinking of increasing it to 5 sessions per week. I have learned so much about myself and my body. The trainers here are the best and they have set the bar so high that I can’t be happy anywhere else! The Elite Spartans community is the best!

I've worked out everywhere. From 19fitness, 24 hours, ballys, orange theory, cross fit and these classes at Elite Spartans are by far my favorite and getting me into good shape. The studio is calling your name. Our efficient + effective workout combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. When you work out with us, you'll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert.

Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. We’ll provide mats and any necessary props. You can also bring a friend with you to try class for free! Have kiddos? Play Lounge is available at select studios.

We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructor, get a tour of the space, and ask any questions you may have.

Hi, I am Megan and first discovered barre3 from my best friend who lived out of state. She encouraged me to try barre3 online together, and I was hooked! After my first barre3 class I knew I had found something special - a remarkable workout and a supportive uplifting community. I opened the first barre3 studio in the Northern California Bay Area in 2014 with the goal of helping people to feel good in their bodies, connected to others in our community, and empowered to be themselves.
