MiM were the event planners for our 2023 annual event and due to their expertise in delivering a flawless event, we will be working with them again for our 2024. Everyone on the MiM team, led by Gina Rosales, has been 100% responsive to our needs, managed event logistics superbly and worked extraordinarily well with our vendors, all of whom were small business clients of our organization and had varying levels of experience. MiM is highly organized, creative, and attuned to every detail. Their staff is professional, enraged and delightful to work with.

Rodney Acda (@rodney_): Gina and her team were our partners in producing our Discord GDC 2023 Happy Hour and did an amazing job! We worked with them for about 3 months with regular check-ins to monitor progress and they always brought so much thought, care, and organization to designing our event. Our business development team and their key partners were very happy with all aspects of the night - the decor, the music, and the food all garnered high-praise. They were especially surprised and delighted by our Discord branded ice cubes in our signature cocktails. Gina and her team's onsite execution of the event was also smooth and free of any fires needing to be put out. Arisa Sudangnoi: Make it Mariko helped us organize our first game developer event for our company's handheld console, Playdate, at GDC. We planned the event very last minute but they did a wonderful job getting everything we needed -- finding catering, decorations, signs, name tags with our logo, and even finding masks that match the yellow on the Playdate! desi danganan: Gina and her team are awesome. Our non-profit has partnered with her form for 4 years now on a number of events. She can take on the most complex operations and logistics out there. I'm talking about street closures, neighborhood outreach, filing permits, health inspections, fire inspections, police coordination, power, lighting, electricity, a/v, barricades, etc. Her team can setup the infrastructure to accommodate a village of 10,000+ in 1 day and tear it all down w/i a matter of hours!
Suesan Katz: Angel and her team were an absolute dream to work with. From the very start of planning our virtual event, Angel made the whole process so seamless in working on the Hopin platform. The team led speakers through individual training sessions, walked through our run of show with precise, and were incredibly responsive and informative with all our questions. Jeffrey Schuessler: Our team contracted Inspire Productions to help manage our 2019 Company Holiday Party.We worked directly with Jud and Sander on the event and they did a wonderful job at bringing our party to life. Our planning process and budgets were all moving targets, but J&S were supportive with patience as we worked through it all.We hosted over 700 ppl in a working manufacturing bay that was transformed for the party, so no easy task, but well achieved none the less.In the end, the event was well planned, budgeted, set and executed to the highest level and detail. When we arrived I knew we had made the chosen the best. They had flags with our company colors to welcome us, table cloths on all the tables. They even covered the trash cans and made them look good!The food was fantastic, presentation on point and just a good as it looked. Staff friendly, inviting and very professional.Sander communicated with us throughout the entire process, making sure our event would be a success and it was. They had a range of games for all guest to play from the toddlers to teens. The company games were fantastic and if you weren’t playing on a team you were cheering the players on. The face painter was wonderful, she did a great job even the guys got in on her great art work, she was good and fast!We would definitely use this Inspire Productions again.#jobwelldone

However, this year he outdid himself, the summer annual event was spectacular. Games were so much fun, food trucks served outstanding food, games were so much fun for the adults and children.
