Melissa Fiato: I got lucky with having a great teacher! The training was very thorough, and the externship was very helpful. My only complaint is that BAMA GRAVELY MISLEAD me to believe that this process was short. The wait time for an externship is incredibly long, even if you can do a 2+ week one. And the state takes weeks to process your license once you are done with your paperwork. All in all, it took me about a year to get my license; and I had the luxury of doing the 3 week externship with a shortISH wait time.

Thanks for going above and beyond to help me this morning. I had just lost a loved one a day ago AND I was out of meds and if not for their kindness and patience I would have been wrecked. One person can make a life changing difference. Thank you!!!UPDATE 2023Today I experienced a situation where my meds werenāt in stock and my frustration was obvious in my snippy responses - despite this the techs made sure I could walk a few blocks down to the main hospital and pick it up. Iām so quick to be frustrated but Iām always reminded in hindsight these are just cogs in the machine so once again I just wanted to recognize that and say thank you as I should have been doing all along. Itās a frustrating system with many challenges but the most important thing is to be grateful and thankful so thank you pharmacy techs. Youāre angels

I receive the finished product within 2-3 days, and I am always surprised how quickly they can do this. My local compounding pharmacy takes 2 weeks to process an RX. My RX requires special packaging. Other compounding pharmacies that have shipped to me, often did not take care in the packaging. My RX would arrive broken, or even melted.
