In addition to longer patient visits, GetzWell members can email or call a provider 24/7. You will always talk to a one of us after hours. Unlike other practices, we never outsource this service to phone banks staffed by anonymous nurses. This helps patients avoid impersonal visits to urgent care centers and emergency rooms which can be unnecessary, invasive and scary for little ones and their parents.
