Croissants shipped directly to your door, or you can pick up at our cafés. Shop our famous pastry sampler and seasonal favorites to bake in your home oven and serve on holiday mornings, brunch parties, or a French breakfast for one.

Artisanal, classic French tarts and cakes baked to order. Galettes de Rois, Tartes Traditionnelles, and Spécialités de Fêtes, all butter, made from scratch, ready for pick-up at our cafés in San Francisco and Mill Valley, California.

In our San Francisco bakery, a croissant takes 3 days from mixer to oven, made with long fermentation, natural levain, local butter, freshly ground flour, farm eggs, milk, water, and a little bit of salt and sugar. Every pastry we serve at Le Marais Bakery is made from scratch, small batch, by hand every day in our kitchen, fabrication maison.

4worldlovers: In 2012, we founded San Francisco Cooking School to reinstitute the relevance of culinary school in the 21st century. At the time, chefs were underwhelmed with graduates from traditional culinary schools churning out recipe robots.

Today, we have over 500 professional alumni throughout the world, trained on a curriculum developed by working chefs centered on real-world skills: professional work habits, kitchen science, and how to taste and season food.
