Romulo's passion for fitness and optimizing health lead him to begin personal training 15 years ago. This began in Brazil and has continued in our private studio. Romulo specializes in functional training using TRX, Kettlebells, boxing, Bulgarian sand bags, weights and much more.

Lucio has a degree in kinesiology and a master of science degree in Biochemistry for exercise which supports his knowledge, understanding and teaching of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
