Dream in hand, Dylan, a native of San Francisco, went to his local Kinko’s, printed out a copy of his first brochure, and with it Dylan’s Tours was born. After traveling the world off and on for over a decade, Dylan was eager to show his hometown of San Francisco in the same way that made his travels so memorable.

Dylan’s Tours began with the passion to show visitors authentic, off the beaten path experiences in San Francisco. Today, Dylan’s Tours has become well-known for their Famous Tour of San Francisco that weaves together the history of the area, from the Gold Rush to the Beatniks, along with the vibrant art, tech, and gastronomy scenes throughout the city. My husband and I took the SF LOVE tour with our guide Alfred, and we had an amazing time. Alfred picked us up right on time and took us on a magical journey while giving us tidbits of information along the way. He had an engaging and likable personality often waving and speaking to people as we made our way through the tour. We enjoyed hearing about the history of Haight Ashbury and seeing the places where Janis Joplin & Jimmie Hendrix once lived. We would definitely recommend this tour and our tour guide, Alfred.

I talked with one of your representatives and told him 50 minutes before the time that I'll be late in 5-10 minutes due to a car accident and a lot of traffic. He called me 5 minutes after we should have started and I told him that we just parked and that I'll be there in 3 exactly minutes. I was there in 2 minutes but you weren't there anymore. For whatever reason he didn't wait for us and never return my calls, voice mails and texts so we never got the chance to go. We are very disappointment not only that we didn't go but from such a bad custom service. From not waiting those 3 minutes to not returning the calls until today and for not really caring about your customers. We both will make sure to put this review in every online source out there so people will be aware of that.

Why everybody is so crazy about Alcatraz? Alcatraz Island is dim, cold, morbid, and crowded. We felt nothing, seen nothing, heard nothing that made it so appealing, a bit overrated in our opinion. Why criminals have become victims? They deserved to incarcerated in Alcatraz prison! Some visitors were even asking for autographs from a former inmate of Alcatraz, this makes no sense to me.
