We worked with Prosper Construction Development over about an 8 month process (3 months planning, 5 months construction) to completely transform our entire house. We added 340 sq. ft. including a bedroom, bathroom, and office. We completely changed our downstairs layout by removing structural walls and re-configuring the entire space to an open concept (using the steel beams that Prosper has installed to date). We re-piped the entire house, upgraded our electrical panel, and installed new copper lines, as well as added overhead lighting. Our downstairs has all new insulation and drywall, and kitchen is now huge and gorgeous. I really can't say enough good things about Prosper Construction

Overall, we had a great experience working with Made for our bathroom renovation. The design process was very easy and we were able to work with our designer to come up with something we really loved. Made then took care of dealing with our HOA and getting all the permits and necessary paperwork. The majority of this work was done during the Covid-19 shutdown. We were very concerned about how construction would take place with everyone at home but Made worked with the contractor to make sure it was as minimally disruptive as possible. The workers were great and did a really professional job and the end results are beautiful. We did have some hiccups along the way as any renovation would have, pipes not going in the right direction, etc., but Made was very quick to find ways to resolve those issues and stayed in constant communication with us so we knew what was being done. We're looking forward to our next bathroom renovation!

I hired Made renovation in early December to perform a conversion from a laundry area to a half bath, with the washer and dryer stacked in a corner closet.
