Hodad's Downtown: what do users think?

Dom: Hodad’s is the place-to-be for burger fans! 🍔🔥Here you can get super tasty burgers at really fair prices 💯What's really cool: The store itself has style - there are stickers everywhere that give the whole thing a unique vibe 🙌🏽The service at the table is super friendly 👌🏽When we're back in town, a visit to Hodad's is definitely a must. Highly Recommended! 😎👍🏽

Keith LaFreniere: A true gem! Absolutely the best burger I've had in a long time! I could barely get my mouth around this beast! Also you have to try the onion rings, fantastic! And a rarity these days, everything is very reasonably priced! Lastly, the service was awesome! Only thing I didn't love about this place, was the how loud the music was, makes it tough to converse, so if you don't like it really loud, better get it to go. This is now a must stop on my visits to SD, wish there was one in Phx! Hint hint to the owner.

Michael “TheMartz23” Martz: Haven’t even got my food yet and I’m giving it 5 stars. Hole in the wall, great music, great environment, great service, large portions from what I can tell.

Eric DeLong: First let me say the onion rings were great, crunchy and thick. My vanilla malt milkshake was bomb! Being a burger joint though, I gotta rate it on that.... and I was left wanting. The portions are big, you won't go hungry! For me the burger wasn't worth the hype. The patties seemed either over worked or previously frozen.... and for this price?! Which is my next point... it's a little pricey.... but this is Cali so..... worth a try!

Native Foods: what do users think?

Joseph Foster: This is my favorite Native Foods that I’ve been to. The guy who works the front of the restaurant is very professional, and friendly. The food is top notch, and 100% vegan. Would give more stars if it were possible!

Grace Viljoen: Love the food here! Every time I get something from here, it’s always amazing

Bertha Alabama: Had the BBQ Brisket sandwich with potato salad today. Great birthday meal choice. Always enjoyed Native Foods. The only thing I didn't like was the tables not being wiped down. But they were still okay to sit at. Of course I'll be back!

Andrew Gray: Great as always. The lady at the counter told me it was a “Safe Place for Vegans.” I couldn’t agree more. There are plenty of options to choose from and things to eat you wouldn’t expect as a vegan like mock chicken tenders.

James Bray: Fantastic all vegan restaurant! This is a plant-based place! Great service brought to your table. Haven't had anything that wasn't superb. Be sure to try the BBQ Brisket Burger! This is also in a great location near Target, Home Depot, grocery stores and pharmacies. One of my favorite vegan restaurants! Be sure to ask for special discounts for military and First Responders!

Sara Rexx: My first time here and everything sounds so delicious. The gentleman in the front had great recommendations and was super knowledgeable. I went with the seasonal bbq pulled pork sandwich. It was so good and even tasted better than one made with real pork. It was juicy, not dry and savory it even had the slightest spice. The French fries had some seasoning which made them even tastier. I had the watermelon Fresca, typically these taste wayyy to sweet and sugary but this one was refreshing and paired perfectly with my meal. This is a place I will definitely have to keep coming to and try something new every time. Inside is very spacious so many places to sit even out doors. In the time I spent eating every table used was cleaned in a very timely fashion. It made for such a clean environment.

Ris Burton: I have always liked this place. They give you a free meal on your birthday. You earn points towards free food.Vegetarian options: Everything here is VeganDietary restrictions: Vegan!!!Parking: Depending on the time of day will determine parking availability.

Sipz Clairemont: what do users think?

Harish Vangala: Few places in San Diego are guilty free for vegetarians. This place is a gem. Meat free & egg free, just the way I like. Excellent portion size. My third time here..Only with they are little cheaper though.. that would let me come more regularly.Spice lovers may aim higher levels in spice when asked..Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level from shops

Christopher Gorrie: SipZ is literally life. I've been coming here for over 10 years. They have many amazing dishes, including Japanese Fire Noodles, Tom Yum soup, Papaya Salad, Salt & Pepper, Veggie Surprise, Summer Rolls, and Garlic Jalapeno Tater Tots. I also really enjoy the Mounds bar boba slushie and the coconut cupcakes. The service is usually great here, though I suggest avoiding the lunch rush if possible. It is a very popular place and it gets a little too crazy during the 11:30am-1:00pm timeframe. Highly, highly recommend this place to anyone, whether vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore. There is something for everyone and even their mock meat appeals to meat eaters like myself.Update: Still amazing after all these years. Some of the best Tom Kha soup in San Diego!

Dan Maier: Sipz has been around SD for ages. Think I ate there for first time in 2002-ish.Always consistent vegetarian Asian food. Lots of fake meat and vegan deserts and It’s all pretty good. The orange chicken is exactly what you want in orange “chicken”. Sweet, chewy and completely unhealthy. The veg pho and crispy chow mein are solid as well. Is it the best Thai, Chinese, Japanese food…well no. There’s plenty better out there. For someone who is a strict vegan though there’s few other places that have such a large menu of options. Oh and the veg sushi on the weekends is great.Vegetarian options: All vegetarian, mostly vegan

dave “Wheezer” p: Not vegetarian and quite enjoyed it. Will go again.Vegetarian options: Decent selection. "Meat" choices are def veggie but not bad considering I'm carnivorous.Parking: Parking lot out front.lookslarge enough to accommodate lots of parking. Other business share. May get full night's and weekends.Kid-friendliness: Saw a couple families with younger kids who were happy as could be. A rush was on and the staff were pleasant and even joking with the kids.

Maike Tarrach: Food: 5/5
