Crater Lake Resort: Place had a swanky and very cool vibe. I would’ve surely loved it had they had a seat at the bar. Don’t get me wrong there was plenty of space at the bar. Just no seats left. Which was weird. Since it was a bar for super short folks or people who like to sit on the floor or people lucky enough to have a seat, I had no other option than to beat feet to the next purveyor of fine spirits.

Eddie V's Prime Seafood: what do users think?

Manuel Garcia: My wife and I went to La Jolla for an early dinner. We heard about Eddie V's and decided to try it. We looked at the Menu and noticed it was still Happy Hour. We sat at the bar, big comfortable seatsWe had a Beautiful View of the La Jolla Beach and Coast area. We had the mini Filet Mignon hamburgers. Very Good. Calamari was the Best we've ever had and plenty. Crab Cake was bountiful and Very Good. The Cosmopolitan Martini we're the Best we've ever had. Seriously. It was so Refreshing. Plan on going back again soon. Bartenders are Excellent.

McKenna Granger: Last night, my family and friends celebrated my birthday and my friends’ upcoming wedding. Chris was our waiter and he made our entire experience phenomenal. He is hands down the best waiter I’ve ever had. He was massively helpful, patient, and did everything possible to make our experience special. The food was also lovely and the drinks were fabulous. We are originally from Colorado and just visiting, but now anytime I am in California I will make it a point to come to La Jolla and see Chris. Thank you for the wonderful evening!

Noura Alkhalifa: The restaurant is amazing in terms of location and food.. Their service is 10/10, honesty, we succeeded in it. We were served by a man named Eric, who was very nice and helpful. The thing I loved most was the mac and cheese 👌🏼And the dessert is delicious and they gave it to us for free after that💕

Crystal Fitpold: I don't even have words for the amazing experience! The food and drinks were fantastic. The Mac and cheese was especially yummy. Nothing could compare to the location though! The view was magical. We got to watch the sea lions on the cove from our table - it was a highlight of my trip to the area. I would've paid extra for that view! Service was very nice, but not very fast. That was fine by me as it gave more time to enjoy the view!

Melvina Selfani: Eddi Vs is such an elegant delicious fine dining. I highly recommend it. Great service and great atmosphere and amazing customer service. Good food selections and wonderful bread and butter before dinner or lunch.Vegetarian options: Nice choices.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

Erik Jimenez: Great views, food and service.

H G: Been here a few different times in the last 3 years, its always a good experience and great food. Two occasions have been for a birthday, each time they've decorated the table and had a birthday card ready with complimentary champagne to start and dessert at the end of the meal. On one occasion I requested a table by the window, but it was dark and couldn't really see much. Other occasions we've taken a booth, which is way more comfortable than the chairs near the window. Ordered the kung pao calamari as an appetizer, a lot bigger than expected and delicious. The crab fried rice was not very good, didn't seem cooked all the way, but the truffled macaroni and cheese was the best mac n cheese I've ever tasted. My go to is the Ribeye, perfectly char on the outside and pink and flavorful on the inside. I typically get a Smoked Old Fashion. The very first time visiting this location the server put on a show burning a plank at the table and smoking the glass. Instances after that have not been the same, but the drink is still smoky and delicious. My date got a mule that came in a small glass with lots of ice, hardly any mule, it was sad. I've had some good wines recommended by staff as well. The servers are courteous, knowledgeable, and they aim to please. Parking is not a problem, but not always close either. They have a valet service for a few $ more than the cost of public parking and worth it if you dont want to walk a few blocks. Its fine dining, but the dress code seems relaxed and people bring kids as well. On one occasion a drunk couple were seated next to us, they were loud and obnoxious. We ignored them, but it was surprising that they were seated in the first place.

Zinqué - San Diego: what do users think?

Foundation Yoga and Wellness Center: I love this place! I've walked by Zinque' so many times and finally got to try it last night. I will be back...the sooner the better. There were 3 of us and we sat inside at a high top. Service was perfect: friendly, helpful and food came out quickly. At our table we ordered the green lasagna, the bowl with forbidden rice and added shrimp and the roasted cauliflower with a shared plate of grilled shrimp. Delicious! I have serious dietary constraints and I felt SO safe here. GF options! GF bread?I can't wait to come back for brunch!Vegetarian options: Delicious and varied choicesDietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian options on the menu and more Gluten Free items than most restaurants

Howard Leight: Clean and great food! Pet friendly patio 🐶

Claudia Sanchez: I had a great time at zinque. I got the steak and fries. Steak was a perfect mid rare. The atmosphere is definitely super nice as well as the service. Perfect atmosphere to go on a date of with friends.Parking: There are parking lots north and south of the restaurant.

Kevin Hale: Great place to eat. Staff are so nice. Awesome experience.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar: what do users think?

Sharon Levine: Delicious, amazing anniversary dinner! Tomahawk Tuesday, the best 🤗🤗🤗Jason our server was excellent and very sweet .We’ll definitely be back with my mom ❤️❤️

Jackie M.: I went on 04/15/2024 at around 5:30pm and there were only a few people inside so there was no wait time to be seated even though I had a reservation. The service was great, smooth, and efficient. I felt that the servers were very attentive more than normal at other regular restaurants and very friendly. The food was incredible! Definitely worth the price. We got 2 main filet mignons, 1 with Diablo shrimp that came with sauce around the steak. The other one was with a lobster tail that came with a butter warmer and a lemon. For future reference, it's best to order the steaks as medium rare then medium because it is much more flavorful and tender with medium rare filet mignons. I am not big on seafood but gave it a shot, the shrimp didn't taste fishy but was super moist, very soft, and highly flavorful. The sauce that comes with it was sooooo good. I ordered the potatoes and they were crispy on the outside but creamy on the inside in the middle layer. The potatoe are worth every single bite. I also ordered for dessert the chocolate lava cake. Everything was tasty and presentable except for the dessert. I believe it needs to be plated better with more thought because it looks smeared onto the plate with the chocolate than placed there with thought, the cracker in between the icecream balls with the chocolate smear behind it didn't look appetizing at all and tasted ok, not worth the price but definitely the entrees and potatoes were worth every last bite.

Justin Vergason: Flemings prime steak house is always fantasticWe had a 7 pm reservation and were seated earlyOur waitress T was very friendly, professional and answered all questions we had regarding the menu optionsNew York steak was amazing melt in your mouth! The calamari was some of the best I have ever hadFlemings potatoes were also a hit!The bar makes great drinks, I recommend the whiskey sourMy family will definitely be making it back to Flemings soon.Again, great atmosphere, professional staff and amazing food.Parking: Valet parking is 25$. VERY WORTH IT especially if there’s a padres game.

Pauline Steele: . They also offered a complimentary basket of warm and soft bread with 2 kinds of spread. Our table ordered:-Salads: Wedge Salad

Christine Clark: Came here on Tomahawk Tuesday for our wedding anniversary. Cesar and wedge salads were both so good. The steak came out perfectly done as we asked and the desserts and cocktails were great as well. Shout out to our server, Mike, who made it a nice experience for us. I just wish the only location wasn't in downtown. Circled 4 times for parking only to pay $25 to valet.

Henry: Fleming's was overall great the service was above and beyond the food was well prepared and cooked.

Carrie Schellenberg Wilson: Amazing food! Server, David, was also fantastic. He was helpful and provided excellent suggestions. It’s so great to be served by staff who clearly enjoy their work. I enjoyed meeting him. The food was prepared superbly.Recommended dishes Calamari …

Andrew Pierce: . Cuts of meat are generous and cooked to perfection, which of course is why you go. Service was very good. Convenient to the convention centre and the stadium in the gaslight district. Recommended to get your giant cut of cow fix when the need arises. Tuesday night is tomahawk night which is surprisingly affordable.

Christopher Gorrie: A nice steakhouse in downtown San Diego. We came here for my brother’s birthday. The service is really amazing and the atmosphere is pretty nice, too. The server was outgoing, knowledgeable, and a great conversationalist. The food was pretty good. The cooks were slightly off on all the steaks ordered, though. Not a huge deal, but I expected exactness from a high-end steakhouse. The sides were all super tasty—loved the Fleming’s potatoes, burrata salad, and spinach. The espresso martini was pretty good too.The main courses were good, but not incredible or necessarily giving off anything that would elevate them beyond a general steakhouse’s mains. For something pricey, I usually hope it will be great enough to remain memorable for quite some time.In any case, great sides, pretty good steaks, nice chicken, and good cocktails. Very memorable service.

Alicia Sanchez: My husband and I got to meet Chef Deborah Scott tonight on our 22nd wedding anniversary. We love her restaurants and always enjoy Island Prime. Steak was cooked perfectly and meltsin your mouth. Lobster delicious as always. Only negative was we were say at a booth by the door and it was pretty cold so that made for a not so perfect evening but it was pretty damn close

Salvatore's Cucina & Lounge: what do users think?

Raquel H: Amazing food and even better service, we will definitely return for some Salvatore's Carajillos 🖤Edit:My SO wanted to include that the front door needs to be fixed.. it slammed about 6 or 7 times during our dinner. The staff tried to stay on top of it but it just needs to be fixed. And that the chicken was lukewarm when it came out. I hope it goes better on our next visit.

Ritchie Taylor: I used to frequent Salvatore's in 1995/96. Loved the place back then; the new vibe is different, but I can attest that the music was not too loud tonight. Emily A's service was spot-on....came by enough to make sure we were alright, but not too much. Brussell sprouts were really good, as well as the linguine alpesto and the prosciutto pizza. Tried the fried olives, not our cup of tea, but they were not bad, just different. I really wanted the signature lasagna dish, but it was not available. Chose beef bolognese, and it was average. I will agree with others and their comments about not a large selection, but most of the dishes were good, including the mash potatoes. It was a great family night celebration dinner with both our daughters and their accomplishments with college. We will most likely not return again, but I am glad we had dinner there tonight. Thanks Salvatore's for the memories....of '95/'96.

Greg Martin: Salvatore’s is a modern lounge and bar with seating for meals. The fried olives over ricotta is among the most unique and tasty dishes I have found, while the pizza is a thin crust that was soggy with high quality mozzarella but tasteless tomato sauce. The cocktails are typical. The environment is at least moderately noisy as a club more than a restaurant.

LB: . And the fried olives were terrible

Ali: It was a while I did not have a good Italian food. very good service. Huge portions.Their Brussel sprouts are AMAZING and so yummy.Beautiful atmosphere and very good service. It was conveniently located withing walking distance of our Hotel "Westin Gaslamp"Will be back again 👌😍

The Grass Skirt: what do users think?

Nick M.: Returning after almost 2 years. It's a great spot is still recommended but service cant stay high, they should not be seating people here who aren't in groups and the bar is half empty. I'm staying at a lamp if i look up, the blender exhaust is blowing on my food, and I'm completely isolated. The only saving grace is the bar tender is doing a good job.

Skye Gaffney: From the minute we were greeted by the host to the last bite of food, this place was above and beyond any expectations we had. Our server Mia was incredible, warm, and welcoming.. gave great recommendations and even brought over a blanket and a heating lap for after the sun set! Food and drinks were stellar. After hearing we were from out of town, the manager MJ came over to welcome us to San Diego and was also so very nice. Overall, the service we received at this restaurant was the truest definition of service I’ve ever experienced. If you’re thinking of going here, stop thinking and book… and if you’re not from San Diego, go there now! This place will have you falling in love with this beautiful city.

Ruth Mercado: . And MJ was the BEST manager for our event... so patient, so accommodating and he foresaw our every need. The food was amazing--we had charcuterie for the appetizer, the starter salad, lamb, the fish, casarreche, and pistachio cake, the service at the Cove was perfect, and even the weather cooperated so we could enjoy the view from the balcony once the event was over. Everyone of our guests was thrilled and given the least opportunity, we will definitely be back. THANK YOU for a marvelous experience! :-

Michael Nazarinia: Thank you to Garibaldi Management and staff for such a great time on April 13, 2024.Our host the beautiful and charming Avery was really helpful, attentive and nice, not pretentious, condescending or aloof like many hostesses are.David was our server and he was so kind, so nice, so on the ball with everything it made our special occasion wonderful. The manager who came by watched our table of 14 his name was MJ and he helped whenever our party needed something when David wasn’t there. We had a bit of a high maintenance table and the two of them and the bussers were excellent. The food was yummy but the kitchen needs to lay off the heavy handed chili flakes. You can always add more chili flakes yourself if you ask for it on the side, but you can’t take it off the food when it’s mixed in so heavily. It overpowers the food when you have that much chili flakes, especially in both the pasta dish and the tuna tartare. The rolls, grandma pie and vegetarian pizza were delicious, with thick but fluffy crust in small bite size pieces. The salads were wonderful fresh and colorful. The charcuterie board was excellent with the chorizo pate. The view is really lovely and they accommodated us to an interior window table when the weather would not allow us to sit in the sofa, balcony seating area.Everyone had a really good time from 4 PM till 6 PM and would definitely come back here in July for another special event. Thank you to the staff of Garibaldi!Keep up the great work, cocktails were excellent as was the desert. They went above and beyond to go to Vistal to get us a chocolate cake when that was not expected and that is what you call “Great service.”Vegetarian options: Please see the menu as it may change by the time you read this, but the salads and other items are vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating with any dietary restrictions.Parking: Parking is free for two hours just get validatedKid-friendliness: Kid friendly, but didn’t see any kids more of a speakeasy so please don’t bring kids check firstWheelchair accessibility: Totally wheelchair accessible

Quynh Dang: Thank you so much David, Mia and Tylor for the friendly service ! And the amazing food!Parking: N/A

Nick Reale: First time to Garibaldi did not disappoint! We were greeted by a friendly host that told us about the restaurant and decor. Jalen was our stellar server and guided us through the menu. Our drinks and food were very tasty. The waterfront views are stellar and they have a great happy hour. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Top of the Market - San Diego: what do users think?

Deborah DeLisi: . It was flavorful, moist, and bursting with freshness and tanginess, devoid of the heavy breadcrumb filler that plagues lesser versions. One bite was simply not enough—I found myself yearning for seconds! For the main course, I chose the scallop entree, and it was also exquisite. Each scallop was a testament to freshness and skillful preparation. Accompanied by fried mushrooms that defy description—reminiscent of shoestring potatoes but with an earthy twist—every component of the dish was executed flawlessly. The sheer size of the scallops left me unable to finish all four—a testament to their generous proportions. The Brussels sprouts were a revelation in themselves, showcasing Chef James' mastery of flavors and textures. Against a backdrop of crisp white linens and an extensive wine selection, the dining experience exuded an air of sophistication and elegance. Our server, Jonas, guided us through the menu with expert knowledge and attentiveness, offering great recommendations that enhanced our meal. And let's not forget the breathtaking views—the sight of sailboats gliding across the water lent an enchanting ambiance to an already unforgettable meal. When making your reservation, be sure it's for Top of the Market, and not the more casual Fish Market downstairs. Despite the hour-long drive, I'm already eagerly anticipating my next visit to Top of the Market.Parking: Valet parking in front of the restaurant is $15 for 3 hours, which is reasonable for a busy area.

troy grote: Ruth Chris screwed up our reservationAnd I called top of the market last min on a Friday night. The manager sneaked us in , she even gave us a table with the best view. Service was on point he was an excellent server. Food was greatIt was my wife’s 53rd birthday and our 30th anniversary

Khalid: Took my wife here for our anniversary, and the experience was impeccable.First, we reserved a table for the outdoor deck, but due to rain I called in advanced worried about our table. I found out they had already moved us inside to the indoor 'balcony'.While I was on the phone, Susan asked me if I'd like to have the menu customized. Thinking it was something small - I said of course. When we arrived to the restaurant, we were greeted with an anniversary card and our menus were titled with our names, wishing us a happy anniversary. It was lovely! While waiting for our food, my wife was getting a bit cold from a draft. Susan quickly made an adjustment to stop the draft, but then also brought my wife a blanket just in case.Lastly, the actual food was incredible. Our server Sam made great recommendations and was incredibly friendly. Our dinner included the crab cake, surf and turf special, and the halibut - all incredible. For dessert, we were stuck selecting an option, but were suddenly surprised with a gift of the smores cake from the team at Top of the Market, for our special event.Truly a great experience - I'll be looking for any excuse to return.

Karina Contreras: If you are thinking about celebrating your anniversary, this is the place, they are the most attentive, full of details. We celebrated our 26 years there watching the sun go down, it was beautiful. We made a reservation for the anniversary and they treated us like kings. Thank you very much, family, it is a beautiful memory!!! 💜💜 Salvador &karina

YH Wang: The atmosphere and meals are very goodIf the weather is cold, it is better to sit inside!

David: Great food, service and views. The octopus was the standout dish.Recommended dishes Grilled Spanish Octopus …
