I enjoyed every minute of it. I was a little nervous going into the workshop, because I didn’t know what to expect, but right away, Dana put me at ease. I never felt pressure to do more than I could or that she was pushing us beyond our means. At the same time, I feel like we all progressed a lot with each session. I really loved it, as you can tell, since I signed up for the other two right away!

Rarely have we experienced such a synergy of elements producing such a memorable weekend. The people, the hosts – even if one speaks funny, the scenery, the weather, the accommodations, the food, the service, the balance between meditation and active exercise, all contributed to a “brilliant” experience, to coin one of the few new British expressions we have learned when we were “strung out” on the beautiful trails of the Idyllwild mountains. Infinite Yoga is far and away the best yoga studio in San Diego. For those looking for a deep exploration into pure Ashtanga Yoga and some amazing guidance, this is the place to come. No matter how I feel when I walk in, I always walk out feeling calm, healthy, purified, and incredibly worked. It is an amazing place run by amazing teachers.
