4worldlovers: I started on my path of meditation at the age of 17. In 2014 I started Meditating Mama and now I teach private group and private one-on-one Mindfulness Meditation classes for adults and kids, in-person and through video chat.

When I started Shashi yoga I had shoulder and neck pain. I was On medication. I took Shashi’s advice and started taking his class. 2 weeks in to it I was off painkillers and 3 years later haven’t had the need for them. After a car accident this year for my 2nd session physical therapist asked me to show what I have been doing at home. I did all the hand/ wrist exercises Shashi taught. Therapist’s question was where did you learn this? keep doing this. That was the best confidence boost. Thanks to Shashi now my hand is functional again.
