I've been looking far and wide for a sports therapist for my 16 years old athlete. Ken is his 4th massage therapist and would be his last and forever massage therapist. After intensive training, my son tends to get tight, contracted muscles and sore/pain in certain parts of his body. Ken is very knowledgeable about finding the body's trigger points to release the knots and bolts that cause my son's discomfort. He does full body massage as he locates the tightness or trigger points. He then let his healing hands do their work. He does the myofascial release technique to loosen the constricted tissue to allow more oxygen into the area, which ultimately helps the muscles to relax. After the massage, my son always says his body feels loose, relaxed as if his body parts are moving freely(: Ken's massage price might discourage you from getting the help you need. Ken is amazing!!!! I had ankle surgery in 2019, which resulted in a lot of built up scar tissue in the area. Through his treatments he has helped me break up the scar tissue and congestion in my ankle. Before seeing him I had consent pain, inflammation and lack of mobility in my ankle. Now I am able to do the activities and exercises that I enjoy! I’ve also had issues with my hip flexors and his work has helped tremendously. I’m back again- Linda is soo good!!! If you want an amazing massage you should try her. It’s a bit chaotic with the açaí orders and loud people adjacent to the store front but worth she is worth it. She does such a great job on feet and hands and neck and back- actually all over that the time flies by. Definitely recommend it here.

My partner and I both got full body 90 minute massages. I don't know if he got the hot rocks but I did. And whooo boy! That was my first time getting that and it was GREAT! I feel like it might have been a 60 minute massage that she made a 90 minute massage but she made it work! The ladies were very nice. The one that worked with me often, but not too often, enquired of my well being during the session. The music and atmosphere was pleasant. I wish that I lived closer, I would go there often!
