When I started Shashi yoga I had shoulder and neck pain. I was On medication. I took Shashi’s advice and started taking his class. 2 weeks in to it I was off painkillers and 3 years later haven’t had the need for them. After a car accident this year for my 2nd session physical therapist asked me to show what I have been doing at home. I did all the hand/ wrist exercises Shashi taught. Therapist’s question was where did you learn this? keep doing this. That was the best confidence boost. Thanks to Shashi now my hand is functional again.

I was able to lose weight and taper down on steroid medication. I feel less anxious and depressed. I am more confident because I know what I am capable of. You can fix your brain by fixing your body. I gained clarity by strengthening my body and breathing exercises. I learned how to quiet intrusive thoughts and focus on. This has been the best gift.
