Robere certainly went above and beyond with making our custom engagement ring and wedding band. As I looked into upgrading my wife's engagement ring, we were first drawn to Robere's Jewelry on account of his online prices for diamonds being better that what we were finding elsewhere. As we were not sure of the exact design we wanted, Robere worked with us through an extensive process and refined the designs and rings along the way. We couldn't be happier with the result! Beautiful diamonds, unique custom settings and fantastic craftsmanship. On account of his many decades in the business and the family run operation it is clear he has a focus on making lifetime clients.

This place saved my engagement! I ordered a ring from Kay Jewlers that was almost 3 weeks behind shipping schedule. I was very frustrated and needed my ring sized from a 9 to a 7. I got my ring on a Monday in the mail and needed it resized and ready for pick up by Thursday. I contacted Robere's and they said that they could resize the ring in the timeframe I needed it. What a relief! Monday night, I was running behind and called to tell them that I wouldn't be able to make it over there until Tuesday morning. They close at 5, and they told me to come by anyway and they would wait for me to come by. Talk about customer service. I showed up shortly after 5, and they happily accepted the ring and called me on Wednesday to pick it up! When I arrived, the ring looked perfect. You couldn't even tell that it was resized. I was so pleased and was so relieved to have the ring ready to propose to my fiancé. I returned to Robere's shortly after this to resize the ring that I was given in the engagement. It was a 7 and I needed it sized down to a 6.25. Because I trust them, I returned with no hesitation, and will continue to for any jewelry needs. When I got my engagement ring back, it looked even better than it did when I dropped it off. Prices were also very fair. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

I took a ring that was missing a small diamond to Robere's for repair. Despite the fact that the ring was not purchased at his store, he agreed to repair it and patiently explained the challenges with the initial construction of the ring and made suggestions for a better result. His team repaired the ring promptly and showed me how they had built up the prongs to provide better protection for the diamonds. A month later when my daughter was wearing the ring she noticed another small diamond had fallen out. I took the ring back to Robere's and without hassle or question they stated they guarantee their work and repaired the ring free of charge. The measure of a good and honest company is how they shine when things go wrong. Robere's has proven that to me. The moral of this story? Don't "invest" in poorly constructed department store "fine jewelry". Start with a reputable, skilled and honorable firm like Robere's that will stand by their work.
