The facility is well maintained and staffed. My major complaint is that I was charged for a additional month of rent. I moved out of the rental before the due date with a zero balance owed on my move out record receipt. Getting a refund for this is very difficult. I have made numerous calls to the customer service lines with no results. Almost a month later I still have not resolved this. Therefore, I can't refer them to someone else.

I normally work a 9-5 PM schedule making it hard to remove my two items left in the storage room. The day I decided to take them out over the weekend the workers told me I could not get them out due to the store closing soon. I had to argue with the employee to be able to take my stuff out since I was going to leave the state, making it impossible for me to come any other day to pick my stuff out.
