We started as a family owned restaurant back in 2008. Our job was to bring out culture to not only California, but hopefully to all of America. Tony Aboukhalil, our chef was born in Lebanon on August 23, 1962 and when he was just a child his dream was to go to America to open up a Lebanese restaurant. After being open here in Ontario for 16 years, he decided to switch his restaurant to take out and delivery and soon to be a franchise chain. He is bringing his son, John Aboukhalil as his right hand man to take over the legacy and bring happiness to our customers. Alinas is named after Tony’s wife, Alina Aroyan. Lawrence Aboukhalil, the oldest son, is soon to become a chemical engineer and help further our future with his brother. We are a family of 4 who want to make our restaurant known and we want to make the happiest environment and the most delicious meal for our loyal customers.
